Last updated October 2026. This is short because we don’t collect much.

What we collect

• Forms: whatever you type into the free-preview form (what you sell, business name, phone, email, website) or the book-a-call form (name, business, city, website, email). That’s it.
• Where you came from: when you send the preview form or book a call, it carries the first page you landed on, the site that sent you (without the rest of its address) and the campaign tags on the link you clicked, if it had any (utm_ tags and Meta’s click id). We use them to know which ad or page brought you. They are kept only in your browser tab until then, and nothing is sent until you send the form or book.
• Text messages: if you tick the text box on a form, or ask us to text you, your mobile number, the fact that you agreed, and the texts we exchange. See Text messages (SMS) below.

What we don’t do

• No ad trackers, except the Meta Pixel on the main page and the auto-shops page while an ad campaign runs (see below). HubSpot, the customer relationship tool we use, sets a small number of cookies so we know when someone who booked a call comes back to the site. You can block or clear them in your browser; the site works the same without them.
• We never sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services that make the site run (Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions, HubSpot, where we keep the contact details you send us, Cal.com, which handles call bookings, PostHog, which counts visits, and Quo, the phone service our calls and texts go through).

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages lead to an inquiry or a call. It sets Google cookies (_ga) to tell one visit from the next; it does not receive what you type into a form. You can block those cookies in your browser, or opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; the site works the same.

Meta Pixel on / and /auto

The main page (showpiece.agency) and the auto-shops page (showpiece.agency/auto) carry the Meta Pixel when an ad campaign is running, so Meta can count a visit and a sent preview form against the ad that brought it. It sets Meta cookies (_fbp) in your browser; it does not receive what you type into the form. You can block those cookies in your browser, or adjust them in your Meta ad settings; the pages work the same.

PostHog

We use PostHog to count visits, which buttons get clicked and how many preview forms are sent and calls booked. It sets no cookie: it keeps a visit marker in your browser tab that is gone when you close it. It does not receive what you type into a form and does not record your screen. You can block it in your browser; the site works the same.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, and nothing else. If you email us, we’ll have your email; we use it to answer you. If you agreed to texts, we use your mobile number only for the texts described below.

Text messages (SMS)

Showpiece texts from 858-832-2631, and only people who agreed to it: by ticking the text box on our preview form, or by asking us to text you.

• What we collect: your mobile number, the date and page where you agreed, and the content of the texts we send and receive.
• Why we text: (1) reminders for a call you booked with us, and help rebooking it if you need to move it; (2) a short note about your free landing page preview after you request one; (3) follow-ups after a call, when you asked for them. No marketing blasts, no texts on anyone else’s behalf.
• How often: it varies, about 1 to 4 texts per booking or preview request.
• Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• Stop or get help: reply STOP to any text to opt out, and we stop texting that number; reply HELP for help, or call 858-832-2631 or email hello@showpiece.agency.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. The full program terms are in our Terms.

Deleting your data

Email us and we’ll delete everything we hold about you within 30 days.
